What this integration does
The Sage Payroll integration is built for UK payroll companies serving multiple client businesses on a single Sage Payroll installation. Each client gets a white-labelled WagePerks portal under the company's brand; payroll data flows from Sage into the relevant client's WagePerks tenant; payroll admins keep one source of truth across the book.
What gets synced
- From Sage Payroll → WagePerks (per client tenant): pay-period range, gross/net amounts, deductions, NIC, pension contributions, payslip line items, P60s.
- From WagePerks → Sage Payroll: new joiner records, leaver dates, holiday-balance changes that affect SSP / SMP/SPP eligibility, contractual changes.
- Company-level reporting surfaces variance between WagePerks-recorded employee changes and Sage Payroll's record so the company can spot drift.
Status — on the 2026 roadmap
This integration is not yet shipped. We are scoping it during Q4 2026 in partnership with a small group of UK payroll companies. If your company wants to be in that group, talk to us — early partners shape the integration spec.
What works today without the integration
WagePerks already runs as a white-label portal for companies today — see the payroll company solution page. Each client gets a company-branded tenant; the payslip module is one of the eleven included modules and surfaces payroll output in the app. The margin calculator shows the unit economics.
How this fits
WagePerks consolidates eleven modules at a £4.50 per employee per month headline (payroll company wholesale rate set on a partner call). White-label included. Rolling monthly. The Sage Payroll integration sits underneath the payslip module — payroll stays in Sage, the company's clients see everything in the WagePerks white-label portal.
