Your logo sits at the top of the portal's menu on every page, and your brand colours run through the buttons, the menu and the accents. The WagePerks phone app picks up your main colour.
On request, we can also give you a sign-in address of your own, such as yourcompany.wageperks.com. Its login page shows your logo and colours, so the first screen your employees see is yours.

Send us your logo and your brand colours, and we add them when we create your account. You don't need a designer or a developer, and there's nothing for you to configure.
Want to change them later? Send us the new logo or colours and we'll update them for you.

Common questions about branding
Which plans include branding?
Your logo and brand colours on the web portal come with Employee Benefits, at £4.50 per employee per month, with no extra charge. HR Starter doesn't include branding. Your own sign-in address, such as yourcompany.wageperks.com, is available by arrangement. See pricing.
Can different departments have different branding?
Branding is set for the whole employer, so everyone in one organisation sees the same logo and colours. If you run several brands as separate companies, each can have its own account with its own branding.
Will employees know it's powered by WagePerks?
Yes. The portal carries your logo and colours, but WagePerks is still visible: the web address ends in wageperks.com, the portal's footer names Wageperks Ltd, the emails the system sends come from WagePerks, and the App Store and Google Play apps, when they arrive, are called WagePerks.
How do we change our branding later?
Send us the new logo or colours and we'll update them for you. There's no branding screen to manage yourself.
