How do read receipts work? Can employees bypass them?
Read receipts are generated automatically when an employee opens a document within the platform. They cannot be bypassed or disabled. The system logs the timestamp, device, and action (view or download) for every interaction with every document.
Can I set up automatic reminders for expiring documents?
Yes. When you assign an expiry date to any document — a DBS certificate, a visa, a professional registration — the system automatically sends alerts at 90 days, 30 days, and 7 days before expiry. You can also configure custom alert intervals.
What file types are supported?
