Thanks for tapping through from the WagePerks app. Here's what WagePerks is — and what to do next.

What is WagePerks?

WagePerks is the workplace app your employer uses to bring HR, payslips, benefits, shifts, recognition and wellbeing together in one place. Less email. Less paperwork. Less "where do I find this".

Different employers use different parts of WagePerks. Some use the full HR + payroll + recognition suite; others use just the benefits marketplace. Whichever way your employer has set things up, you'll see only the bits that are relevant to you.

How do I get access?

WagePerks is employer-provisioned. That means your employer's HR team or admin adds you to their WagePerks account, and you receive an invitation email with sign-in details. You don't sign up directly — you're added.

If you've downloaded the app but haven't been added yet:

  • Ask your HR team or manager if WagePerks is something your company uses. They'll know whether it's the right time to add you, or if it's a future plan.
  • If they confirm you've been added, check your inbox (including spam) for the invitation email. It comes from noreply@wageperks.com.
  • If your employer doesn't use WagePerks yet, there's nothing for you to do right now. But you can let your HR team know you'd find it useful — and feel free to share this page with them.

What if I'm an employer?

Hello! If you run a team and want a single app to handle the workplace admin your staff actually use, you're in the right place.

WagePerks is modular — you only pay for the bits you turn on. Most of our customers start with one of:

  • Benefits-only — a curated voucher / cashback marketplace your staff get to use as a perk.
  • HR-only — payslips, leave, documents, e-signatures.
  • Full suite — the lot, plus recognition, shifts, performance reviews and onboarding.
