What this integration does
Zapier lets a non-developer route WagePerks events into the thousands of other apps in the Zapier catalogue — Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Airtable, Trello, the lot.
The WagePerks Zapier app will publish triggers for the events most SMEs want to automate:
- New joiner record created
- Leaver record finalised
- Leave request submitted / approved / rejected
- Recognition sent (peer-to-peer or manager-to-peer)
- GPS clock-in or clock-out event
- Document signed (e-signature completion)
Actions go the other way — create a new joiner from a form submission, trigger a recognition award from a milestone tracker, push a document for signature when a CRM stage advances.
Status — on the 2026 roadmap
The Zapier app is not yet listed. Outbound webhooks and the Zapier publishing layer are both on the 2026 roadmap. If you have a specific automation that's blocking adoption, talk to us — we prioritise based on confirmed partner demand.
What works today without Zapier
The eleven WagePerks base modules cover the surface most SMEs route events from elsewhere. Talk to us if you need a specific integration sooner than the Zapier app ships — we will tell you honestly whether it can be done in your timeline.
How this fits
WagePerks is the eleven-module SME portal at £4.50 per employee per month all-in, rolling monthly, white-label included. Zapier (when it ships) sits at the edge — WagePerks is the system of record, Zapier just routes the events you care about elsewhere.
